Step 1: Identify the Building
This is the condominium building you're looking for. Please make sure you're at the correct location.

Press the button below to unlock the main entrance door.
Step 3: Go to the Apartment
Follow these instructions to reach the apartment:
- Climb the stairs to the 1st floor
- Look for the door with our logo
Step 4: Find the Apartment Door
Look for the door shown in the image above.
Step 5: Unlock the Door
Enter the following PIN on the smart lock keypad:
Press the # key after entering the PIN.
Step 6: Retrieve Room Keys
After opening the door, you will find 4 Keyboxes containing room keys on your left.
Enter the PIN you received via message to retrieve your room keys. Along with your room key, you will also find the condominium main door key. To turn on the lights, insert the key into the energy switch. Remember to remove the key from the energy switch and take it with you when leaving the room, otherwise you won't have access to the room.
